We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the App. Your in-game progress (gardens, coins, upgrades, rebirths, settings) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.

If you reset or delete your Advertising ID, you will continue to see advertisements in the App, but they will be less personalized.
You may also uninstall the App at any time, which will remove all locally stored game data from your device.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through our ad partners, please contact us at the address below and we will work with the relevant partner to delete it.
All game progress is stored on your device only. We do not retain any user data on our servers. Data collected by our ad partner is retained according to that partner's policies (see Section 3).
Because game data is stored only on your device, its security depends on the security of your device. We recommend keeping your operating system up to date and using a screen lock.
The App is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, please be aware that information may be processed by our advertising partner in countries other than your own. By using the App, you consent to such transfer and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the ad partner's own privacy policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App (for example, if we add in-app purchases or analytics in the future). The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will indicate when the policy was most recently revised. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
